Guest Rooms
Puako Bed and Breakfast has four suites available.
- A two night minimum and 50% deposit are required upon booking.
- A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full deposit refund.
- Payments can be made by check, money order, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
- Policies, change 30 days to 60 days in the summer and 90 days in the winter.
- Balance is due 60 and 90 days before arrival.
A Hawaiian continental breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. daily. Fresh Island grown fruits, local baked goods, island juices and most popular, 100% Kona coffee. |

Cancellation Policies
Reservations made during the “High Season” November 15th-March 15th have a 90 day cancellation policy and payment in full is due 90 days prior to arrival during this time. Reservations made during the “Low Season March 16th-November 14th have a 60 day cancellation policy and payment in full is due 60 day prior to arrival date during this time. Cancellation policies of 60 and 90 days prior to date of arrival will not be refunded. A full refund will be made if reservations are cancelled before the 60 and 90 day policies less a $50.00 dollar processing fee. Your credit card will be charged the full amount for early check-outs, No Shows or cancellations within their cancellation period. Payments are non-refundable. Puako Bed and Breakfast is not responsible for failures, defaults, bankruptcy, or insolvency of such suppliers or other companies. Puako B&B is also not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or inconvenience due to Acts of God or circumstances beyond its control.
